Today is a big day! I get to snuggle my husband again and I am so excited about this. No exercise today though. Full, full schedule. Really need to work on cutting certain things out, if possible.

BAck to the grind. Ran today for 3.50 miles 41:30 (11:51/mile). Boy am I out of shape or what. So glad I signed up for that 5K, I'm exercising again. Yippee!
Okay, no exercising today. I have class, work, book fair meeting and a candle party this evening. Crazy. Plus I'm going to get a phone call from hubby at some point.
Legs are a little sore and I'm a little disappointed by how slow I am right now. I know my speed will pick up with time, I just need to be patient with myself as I adjust to running again. I missed it though, it feels good to be outside again.
I'm going to have to look at dropping something from my schedule next qua...

I ran again today, yippe!
Exercise this afternoon: Walk 3.50 miles 58:50 (16:48/mile)
10 push ups, 60 crunches

Today the plan is to walk for 30-35 minutes and do some light weights or pilates afterwards.. Tomorrow will be another run day. I want to be smart with this and try to keep my knees happy. I feel good today after my run yesterday. Hopefully tomorrow I'll pick up my speed a little bit!
