Today's Check-in wasn't that bad. Seeing as how on Sunday I was 157.8!

Today's check in:

I didn't sleep well again last night. I'm not feeling too bad right now, but I had issues getting out of bed this morning. I'm going to try to run again today. My legs are still sore, but definitely better than yesterday. I can't run tomorrow or Thursday so today is the day. Weds. and Thurs. will have to be step aerobic days.

I've decided to not work out today. I really need to give my legs a break, they are still sore and I'm feeling it in my right hip. So rest for today and step aerobics for tomorrow. For now, lunch is done and I'm going to take a little nap before I have to go pick kids up again. Lack of sleep is really catching up with me.

Owies, pizza hurts. Especially when you have 3 slices. It's been a long time since I've had pizza ordered in.
