Okay, I don't know if I'll be able to run today. It turn out to be a step aerobics days. We'll see how badly it is raining this afternoon. Didn't do a work out this morning. I did the bills. Yeah, lots of fun for me!!

30 min Cathe Basic Step for Cardio
2xThru Circuit:
Standing Bent Over Leg Curl - 2lb ankle weights 20 each side
Crossover Touch Downs - 20 alternating sides
Standing Overhead Tricep Extnesions - 6lb bar 15 times
Shoulders - 3lbs 15times
Seated Bent Over Rear Fly - 3lbs 15 times
Lying Pelvic Tilt - 8lb bar 20 times
Seated Revers Curl - 20 times
I actually think I'm going to feel this tomorrow even though i did use really light weights.
Okay this evening, to qualify for twice of some type of activity in a day, I did 10 pushups, 30 crunches, and some light stretching.
