Standing Bent Over Leg Curl - 2lb ankle weights 20 each side
Crossover Touch Downs - 20 alternating sides
Standing Overhead Tricep Extnesions - 6lb bar 15 times
Shoulders - 5lbs 15times
Seated Bent Over Rear Fly - 5lbs 15 times
Lying Pelvic Tilt - 10 lbs 20 times
Seated Reverse Curl - 20 times
I hate to admit this, but it was not a good food day. I'm still craving chocolate, but there is none in the house...a good thing. I ate a trigger food, not good. I have got to stay away from that cereal. I can't throw it away, but I have got to learn to ignor it. Maybe Skye will munch it as a snack.
