Yippee, I got some exercise in. I did three circuits for a total of 30 mins. I am so stoked. I haven't been consistent lately, so this helps.

Why do I make it? Why do I make it and keep it? Ugh. The only thing I can say is the fix has been taken care of. Next batches go to neighbors as Christmas gifts. I love doing this because it is a cost effective way to give a gift for Christmas. Otherwise, we wouldn't be able to give everyone something!

Crap!

Okay, this is not a pity party, but a reality check. I have got to get control of my munching. Some I'm recording and some I'm not. My thighs are feeling really big and this bothers me a lot. Also, I have a self-image problem. I have it at my current weight and I had it when I weighed 120lbs. So essentially, I need to learn to be happy with my body at whatever weight I am at. T-Day 5K

The Thanksgiving Day 5K went well. My husband griped about the weather and insisted that he wouldn't run if it was raining in the morning. Lucky for us, no rain when we woke up. It was cold though. We got out there and about 1/4 of the way it started to sprinkle and it was really raining when we were about 1/2 the way through. Hubby ran the whole way with me, no walk breaks. I did not get up in time to do my circuit this morning. I am tired and feel behind and my day hasn't even really started yet. On the good side...I have new clothes to wear to school today. Unfortunately, I feel like a big cow today because I am bloated!

Thank You Boom for your sweet comment!:). You are right and I still have some time in my day left. I'm going to make dinner and then get my circuit in, no matter what. Maybe I'll even get some step aerobics in. We'll see!
