Today is a run day. I'm going to try to do at least 3 miles no matter what! I need this. I also need to do the laundry and get everything ready for tomorrow.

Crossover Touch Downs - 20 alternating sides
Standing Overhead Tricep Extnesions - 6lb bar 15 times
Shoulders - 5lbs 15times
Seated Bent Over Rear Fly - 5lbs 15 times
Lying Pelvic Tilt - 10 lbs 20 times
Seated Reverse Curl - 20 times

Today is going to be a rest day from exercise. I feel like such a wimp taking it, but I also know it will be a good thing for me. Today is going to be hectic busy. Dental apts., award ceremony, PTA mtg, and then movie night at the school with the kids. Does the madness ever stop?
I was 155.4 this morning. No middle of the night snacking and a big cup of water before bed. Boy did I have to use the bathroom when I woke up.
Man does that suck or what....those stupid cookies! I wis...

Okay, I don't know if I'll be able to run today. It turn out to be a step aerobics days. We'll see how badly it is raining this afternoon. Didn't do a work out this morning. I did the bills. Yeah, lots of fun for me!!

I am trying to participate in Tommy's twice a day exercise challenge. I was supposed to get up early do Pilates, but that didn't happen so woke up at 6 AM to do:

2 sets of Bicep Curls
2 sets of Hammer Curls
20 lunges
