My workout is done. I did Workouts for Women circuit #4 X 3. I was going to do cardio for half an hour as well, but will do that tomorrow. There are a lot of things that need to get done now. So, off the shower and house work for me!

Okay, this morning I did Workouts for Women Circuit #3 X 3 and Cathe Basic Step Aerobics. This equates to a little over 1hr of working out this morning. Now I need to focus on staying within net calories for the rest of the day!

I need some serious help. I've been lazy lately and it is no ones fault but my own. I did get a work out in tonight. I'm going to change my weigh in date for Fridays and start getting serious about this. I have some personal reasons for wanting to get strong again! If I have to defend myself, I want that person to feel it.
