Okay, I discovered the E-Counselor and have a goal of 155 by 1/19. That takes me back to my original weigh in weight when I first started with Caloried King after I quit smoking. This also will get back into a downward motion with my weight.
Tonight I'm going to go out with a friend for dinner and bowling. So I'm going to make the best choices I can, but am not going to super pressure myself while I'm there. I've logge a food item which I believe will be similar to what I want to order while I'm there.
I got my run in for 3.50 miles
46:43 (13:20/mile)
Not very fast, but done. I made sure I took strict 5 min. walk breaks for 1 min. only.
