Okay today was not a good food day. Not a good exercise day today either. My foot was hurting this morning, so no exercise for me today. Bummer. Then I over ate pizza. Surprising, but Papa Murphy's DeLite pizza was awesome tonight. Oh well, tomorrow is another day and I did log all those freakin' calories! Okay, hopefully today is going to be a run day this afternoon. I'm going to focus on finishing my questions for American Lit. this morning and then run this afternoon after work. We'll see what happens, but that is the game plan.Sunday, January 7th 2007
Wow, last night kicked my butt food and alcohol wise! Not good. But it's done, I had fun, and won't have anymore nights like that for a long time. At some point today, after I finish Huckleberry Finn, I'm going to do my step workout. So far food has been good today!Saturday, January 6th 2007
Okay, I discovered the E-Counselor and have a goal of 155 by 1/19. That takes me back to my original weigh in weight when I first started with Caloried King after I quit smoking. This also will get back into a downward motion with my weight.Next »
