My workout is done for today. I did workouts for women circuit #8 for 30 mins. I only recorded 20 in my journal though. The calorie count just seemed to high for what I did.
So today I'm going to continue focusing on staying w/in net and staying away from the junk food.

1PM - Man my legs are sore from yesterday's workout. Shows how far I fallen from where I was. I didn't even use heavy weights yesterday. It's a good kind of sore though. Enough to know that I worked those muscles, but not enough to make me not want to move! Hopefully, running didn't make them hurt more than they would of anyways.

My workout is done. I did workout for women circuit #7 today. My parents are brining over KFC for dinner, so I planning for a light lunch to make up for what I will be having for dinner. I will try to stick with just the chicken, no biscuit. We'll see!

Well, life has been keeping me really busy lately. Daughter had surgery then as soon as she good on her follow-up, she was sick for 6 days. She went to school for one day this week! Anyways, signed up to do the St. Paddy's 5k here in our housing area. Should be fun and it's local so no traveling costs and don't have to worry about daycare for the kids. My oldest daughter can watch her sisters while I'm running. The can come watch or stay home, it's up to them.
