Day 1 Again:
Goal for Today:
1. Eat w/in net
2. Exercise
3. No late night munching

My workout is done. I did workout for women circuit #7 today. My parents are brining over KFC for dinner, so I planning for a light lunch to make up for what I will be having for dinner. I will try to stick with just the chicken, no biscuit. We'll see!

I'm also going to change my check-in days to Sunday now and start over from here. So here's to honesty and keeping myself accountable. I don't understand why I am having such a hard time except that I am juggling a lot right now. So here's to no more complaining and I'm going to take my shower and study for my chemistry test and get the laundry done.
