1PM - Man my legs are sore from yesterday's workout. Shows how far I fallen from where I was. I didn't even use heavy weights yesterday. It's a good kind of sore though. Enough to know that I worked those muscles, but not enough to make me not want to move! Hopefully, running didn't make them hurt more than they would of anyways.
