Well, today I did get a run in. I did 4.50 miles in 55:21 (12:18/mile). I love my new shoes! My feet felt great and my knees are barely bothering me. It's amazing the difference a good pair of running shoes can make. Even with sticking to a strict 5:1 run/walk ratio, I took 20 seconds off my time.
I'm starting to focus on my food. So far today, I've done well. A little high on the fats, but still w/in net cals. That is going to be my focus for right now...net cals.
