Well, I got my run in today. Yippee. so far so good on the cals today as well.

I actually took 30 secs. off my time!
My legs are actually sore today! I am determined to do this, to get back into shape. I need to be honest about my food and maintain my exercise.

I've been wearing a pedometer lately. I'm borrowing it from the PE teacher at school. It's digital and appears to be pretty accurate. Anyways, I got 13,605 steps in today and that doesn't include my run. So yippee! Tomorrow morning I'm going to do Tae-bo!
