I got my 3.5 miles in today and I must say that I prefer running in the cold than in the warm. It's only 70 something degrees and it feels yucky when running. It doesn't help that I was the only one out there either. Bummer.

Tomorrow is a firm day and a walk in the evening with my daughter.
