So I weighed in today. 153, bummer seeing as how I was 145 not too long ago. Goes to show how not caring what you eat, not exercising, and drinking some alcohol all add up. No ones fault but my own. Mentally, I am getting into a better place now. When the kids go back to school on Monday, I am going to start doing some of my homework at the library. That way I don't feel cooped up in the house all day.

Todays Goals:
1. Get two homework tasks done.
2. Laundry folded and put away.:y:
3. Nice and easy 3 mile run on the treadmill.:y: 3.75 miles in 40:05
