Hmm..well I'm a wee bit tipsy right now. I've had some Margaritas that the hubby made for me, he came home early. If you call 7 PM early? I actually got my second paper written, for some reason I'm avoiding the first one. Anyone want to discuss Piaget and Vygotsky? Sounds like fun, huh? Anyways, I was doing well calorie wise until the Margaritas, but you know what? Oh well...I'm going to enjoy the tipsy time with hubby..if you know what I mean. I hope everyone has a good evening...I know I will.

Exercise:
3.73 miles on Rolling Hills program with 0-3% grade for 40 mins. 5:1 run/walk interval. 100 crunches and 20 push-ups.

A.M.
I got up with the hubby this morning. I'm trying to establish this as a habit. Ideally, I would like to use my morning for running, but I had a headache this morning. I've had some Excedrin and folded some laundry, so the run will have to wait until later today. I volunteer at the school today, I love third graders...they crack me up. I've also got to take the KIA for an oil change. So between all of that, which I know doesn't sound like much but somehow takes a lot of time, I have to get two papers written. Yeah for me! I'm feeling a little better today.
