A.M.
Well I weighed in today. Thankfully it wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. I was up by 0.8. I can live with that. I know what I did and I know what I need to focus on to make it better. So I have daily goals and weekly goals now. I will post them in the bottom of each blog.

Goals for Today:
1. Homework
2. Exercise
3. Laundry
4. No alcohol and nothing to eat 2 hrs. prior to bed.

Goals for the Week:
1. To have a 1.5-2.0 loss

Testing

P.M.
I managed to get my run in today. Not very fast...3.12 miles in 33 minutes. Like I said, not very fast. I am not looking forward to weigh-in tomorrow, but I will do it. I have a bad feeling my weight is up, because of my two margarita nights and succumbing to my sweet tooth. Not good for me and definitely not good weight. So tomorrow I will suck it up and move on to have a good day tomorrow and just focus on one day at a time.

Tired

A.M.
I am so freakin' tired. I couldn't sleep lastnight. I am nervous about taking the PRAXIS I exam this morning. This is the basic skills test that is required for entry into many teaching programs. I have to drive about 45 mins. to get there, take the test, and then get home before the kids get out of school. I'm a little worried about the math section. I'm a use it or lose it kind of person with math skills and it's been a while, we'll have to see how it goes. I'm thinking of not ...

A.M.
I have to make some new rules for myself. First, no alcohol except for Fridays. I am tired and did not get up with the hubby this morning. Also, no snacking after 7 PM. For some reason this is so hard for me, but I need to do. Essentially, I'm going to need to fill up on water after 7 PM. On a brighter note, I did have a good night with the hubby lastnight.:eyebrows: He has a test tomorrow, so I probably won't see him till late tonight, darn it.

Morning

P.M.
Hmm..well I'm a wee bit tipsy right now. I've had some Margaritas that the hubby made for me, he came home early. If you call 7 PM early? I actually got my second paper written, for some reason I'm avoiding the first one. Anyone want to discuss Piaget and Vygotsky? Sounds like fun, huh? Anyways, I was doing well calorie wise until the Margaritas, but you know what? Oh well...I'm going to enjoy the tipsy time with hubby..if you know what I mean. I hope everyone has a good evening...
