This morning started fun. Two of my daughters are on their periods and they ran out of pads. Guess what mom had to do first thing before they took off to school. What fun to have to run to the gas station to get pads, not to mention paying $3.89 for a pack of 10

Exercise for Today:
3.85 mile run in 39:46. Took walk breaks every 7 minutes. My knee was kind of bothering me a little and I didn't want to aggravate it too much.
Workouts for Women - Circuit #7, 2X. My butt is going to hurt tomorrow.
100 Crunches
20 Push-ups
Not much going on today. I made one goal yesterday, log everything. That was it. I had brownies last night and they were yummy. Probably not the greatest day for it since yesterday was a day of rest. Today I'm back...

So I stopped logging when the pizza put me over net last night. I asked my husband to get thin crispy crust from Domino's with light cheese, but he got regular crust. Did you know there is an 80 calorie difference in just the freakin' crusts? Needless to say, I was well over net when the wine was added in. I'm not logging it though. Seeing the numbers will just frustrate me. I'm okay with having one night of true badness for my sanity's sake

I didn't do any crunches today, apparently I am ovulating and kind of crampy!
Had my weigh-in today. I'm down 2.8lbs for 153.8. Yipee. I'm finally back under the 155 mark. New mantra...stay within net, stay within net. I think the circuit is actually helping with my food issues. I feel more confident now that I'm using some weights again and that seems to cross-over into the food dep...

Exercise for Today:
I actually got off the treadmill and ran outside today. It wasn't raining and it was above 40 degrees outside! YIppee. I ran 3.0 miles along the Mystic Seaport (out and back). I parked in the mall parking lot and was able to run on sidewalks the entire way. People here drive crazy, so I'm a little nervous about running in bike lanes or on the road. I then came home and did my Workouts for Women Circuit #5 two times! Followed up by 100 cruches. Yep, it's a good day ...
