Monday, Mar 3 2008 - New Week

I had a really good day up until dinner time. I then ate way too many chips. I also had some chocolate chips and milk. However, it only put me about 150 calories over, so I can live with that. I'm sticking to my not eating before bed time and I did get my 4 mile run in today. Yippe, I hope everyone is doing well.


A.M.
So it's a new week. Hubby is already at work and the kids are still sleeping right now. I've got a couple minutes of quiet time before sleepy heads start up the stairs.

I enjoyed church yesterday. I met a woman who runs the children's ministries and she is going to try to get me connected with some women w/in the church. Yipee. After church, we went by my husband's school house to see where he has been spending his days. Half his class was there studying and other classes were there as well. It really brought home the fact that these guys practically live there. So we had a long talk about his studying and what he needs to do. I'm going to try to have lunch with him at the school house a couple times a week. That was I can see him a little more when he stays late.

Goals for Today:
1. Homework :y:
2. 4 mile run :y:
3. Laundry :y:
4. No alcohol and nothing to eat 2 hrs. prior to bed :y:

Goals for the Week:
1. To have a 1.5-2.0 loss
2. Alcohol free week
3. Make my school work a priority
