I'm going to meet my husband for lunch at his school, it's convenient since I'll be on base anyways. But this goes along with trying to spend more time with him. He called after his test to let me know he felt pretty good about his score. That makes me feel better, because I would feel like crap if he spent all that time away from us and didn't do well.
Exercise Today - 4 mile run in 41:00 even. That gave me a 6.0 mph. Yipee. 100 crunches, 20 push-ups, and some back exercise, but I can't remember what they are called.

I've uploaded a picture of a lunch I made with the Ziplock Freezer bags. Chicken, lots of veggies, and a slice of cheese I added after I put it on the plate. Yummy!
The focus for today is homework, homework, homework. I've got less than two months to finish up two classes and I really need to bust some butt here. It's my fault, I allowed myself to sink into a pity party for a while. All I can do now is acknowledge it and move on. So today I've got to write a paper, run, and go grocery shopping.
I'm rethinking the P90X for the 10-Minute Trainer (

Callie). I've got some time to think about it, so we'll see.
Goals for Today:
1. Homework

2. 30 mins. exercise

3. Laundry

4. No alcohol and nothing to eat 2 hrs. prior to bed
Goals for the Week:
1. To have a 1.5-2.0 loss
2. Alcohol free week
3. Make my school work a priority
