View XSMOKER's food & exercise for this day
Exercise:4 mile run in 40:58. 100 crunches and 25 push-ups.
Now I need to behave so I can enjoy dinner and a drink with the hubby this evening and not go over calories the day.
A.M.
Well I lost .2 this week. Oh well. Yesterday was a crappy day. I wrote a five page essay yesterday and couldn't submit it. I somehow confused two tasks together and couldn't submit the paper because it didn't fully answer either of the tasks. I was so frustrated I just walked away from my homework for the rest of the day. Hubby didn't get home until 9:30 last night and he had said he would be home by 8. I was kind of looking forward to being with him for that extra hour, especially since it was our anninversary. Oh well, we are going out tonight. So today I'm only going to worry about getting a 30 min. run in and then getting at least two papers sumbitted!
Goals for Today:
1. Submit two papers today.
2. 30 mins. exercise
3. Laundry -Fold and put away whites.
4. No alcohol and nothing to eat 2 hrs. prior to bed
Goals for the Week:
1. To have a 1.5-2.0 loss
2. Alcohol on Friday (tonight) only
3. Make my school work a priority

That's so disheartening about your paper. I hope neither assignment was worth too many points. Happy Anniversary!

happy anniversary. do give up on it. this is my 3rd week and the blogs I read give me alot of encouragement. It's a stuggle right now for me but I'm not givng up. I work alot of hours and I try to find time in the day to eat the well balance meal to help me lose. Fortunally I have the support of my wife. shes' not on the program but since the beginning of the year she has strated to watch what she eats and since then to this date she's lost a total of 10lbs. some weeks she loses 1 lb or stays the same. But we encourage each other.keep up the great work.....does your husband work out with You?
