Doing better today. We overslept for church, but hubby and I both needed the sleep! I feel more refreshed and balanced. We've recruited our oldest daughter to set her alarm as well, so hopefully we will get up next Sunday. I know it sounds sad, but with his school and my school and everything else...Sunday is the only potential sleep day. However, I need to be at church (spiritually and mentally) next Sunday. Sleep or no sleep!

Today we are going to BJ's and Super Wal-Mart for a quick trip. We need to get some necessities and I need to pick up supplies for the lunch tomorrow at hubby's work.

As I suspected...TOM has arrived. Yippee! The scale is already down from Friday. Yesterday was a rest day from exercise, so today I will probably do some step aerobics. My shins still hurt, so I'll take one more day off of running.

Goals for Today:
1. Log everything
2. Homework & laundry
3. 30 mins exercise
