I received some motivation yesterday from an unlikely source. A kind of compliment, out of the blue, relating to something three years ago. Anyways, it has helped to give me some motivation...which I've been lacking. I want to get back to my pre-quit smoking weight or at least close to it. I also want to look smoking hot for the Navy Ball, which I have coerced my husband into making a commitment to take me to (if he's not going through hell week). I also need to find a half-marathon that I can train for. So tomorrow I am going to reset my start weight and go from there.
Goals for Today:
1. Homework & Laundry (yep, never goes away)
2. Exercie 30 mins.
3. Research a half-marathon

Motivation is good even if it comes from something three years ago. I hope you'll share some pics of yourself looking "smoking hot" at the Navy Ball.

Oh, cool. One of my best friends is in VA & her husband is a Navy man. He did Hell Week last year to become Chief. It was definitely Hell. The ball was a great reward! You CAN do this, and smoke free. Has it been 3 years since you quit? That is a great accomplishment.
