Exercise for Today:
20 minutes circuit Training - Workout for Women - Circuit #2 for 2 times
3.5 mile run
100 crunches

A.M.
I do believe I am going to eventually invest in another HRM. I had one, but it no longer works and it never did give me an accurate calorie burn. It was a Timex HRM that I bought from Wal-Mart. I think I'm going to try to get a Polar, but I'm going to have to wait until after the April birthdays in my house are done and over with (2 kids born in April). I did an interval workout yesterday and guestimated my calorie burn at 50 cals for two intervals, but a HRM would let me know my actual burn.

Yesterday was an on track day. I ended the days under net cal and did not go to bed feeling hungry. It was a good feeling. I'm hoping today will be similar. I bought supplies so I can do a couple of my ziplock steamer lunches. Man I love those!

I hit all three of my goals. Well, I was kind of low on cals., but seeing as how I'm usually over...I'll consider it a good thing.

Goals for Today:
1. Log Everything
2. Stay w/in net
3. Exercise

I still havent tried those ziploc steamers -- I heard they are expensive. Can you wash them and reuse? I do that with regular Ziplocs that haven't been used for raw meats. :laugh5:

What do you put in your ziploc steamer lunch? Do you use regular ziploc bags or the steam ones with the little holes in them?

Advice for the HRM, a lot of people buy the higher end Polars, which are great. But, if you are simply looking for an accurate HR and calorie count, the Polar F4s are around $80 and do the job. I recently lost the watch to mine (BOO!) but I loved it.

Re: the bra issue :) My favorite bra and the one I wear most often is called an Ultra Lift Strapless bra it's the best for me because it keeps me shapely and lifts me up. http://www.barenecessities.com/Va-Bien_product_VABIEN1506_,size,.htm

I also wear the "Very Sex 100 ways converible bra" by Victoria's Secret. You can change the straps to be any which way you want and it's fantastic. The front is clear plastic so that helps with certain dresses.
