I missed being w/in net (+/-100) by 13 calories last night. I made peanut butter cookies and had a couple. I'm okay with it. My husband came home early last night and we got to watch TBL together. It was great. I was surprised by the results. I'm waiting for the blue team to finally realize they are no longer a team any more and to start playing an individual game! Kelly and Ali did great and Kelly wasn't anywhere near as whiney as she usually is (I think it helps that Brittany is gone). I was sad to see Dan go, he added a lot of humor to the show with his smart ass remarks. I thought it ironic that Roger and Dan were snacking so much during the challenge...I'm thinking Roger is going to gain some of his weight back when he leaves the ranch.
I made two out of three goals yesterday. Missed my goal for net. Today is going to be a day of rest from running for me. I'm not going to run today. I am going to do the circuit training and then walk on the treadmill for 1/2 hour on the hills program. The top of my foot is bothering me for some reason. I'm not sure if my foot has lost some padding across the top and the shoe laces are too tight, but if I want to run I have to wear my shoe very loose and it bugs the

out of me!

13 calories over is nothing! I bet you burned that running around after the kids and doing laundry. You deserve a green check!

13 calories over net does not failure make! I can't imagine running with loose shoes! I was so happy with TBL last night...I really want Ali to win!

13 calories is nothing. Good work on making the other goals and best of luck with today's as well. A day off from running is a good thing now and then. We all need to take them.
