Exercise for Today:
I actually got off the treadmill and ran outside today. It wasn't raining and it was above 40 degrees outside! YIppee. I ran 3.0 miles along the Mystic Seaport (out and back). I parked in the mall parking lot and was able to run on sidewalks the entire way. People here drive crazy, so I'm a little nervous about running in bike lanes or on the road. I then came home and did my Workouts for Women Circuit #5 two times! Followed up by 100 cruches. Yep, it's a good day today!
A.M.
Did okay yesterday. I met all three of my goals for the day. I changed my afternoon snack so I could have Doritos

. At least I sayed w/in net! I don't think I'm going to lose as much as I hoped this week, but tomorrow is weigh-in and I guess we'll see what happens.
My shoulders are sore from yesterdays workout. It's funny, because I'm using light weights (8lb. dumbells max) but I am feeling it. I like that my thighs, butt, and arms have been sore. Right now, two circuits seem sufficient. To be honest, I don't think that I could handle doing four circuits and then running 3.5-4 miles everyday. Call me a whimp, but I just can't sustain that level of exercise for extended periods of time. I would crash and burn and it would be all over at that point.
Goals for Today:
1. Log everything
2. Stay w/in net
3. Exercise
