Exercise for Today:
3.85 mile run in 39:46. Took walk breaks every 7 minutes. My knee was kind of bothering me a little and I didn't want to aggravate it too much.
Workouts for Women - Circuit #7, 2X. My butt is going to hurt tomorrow.
100 Crunches
20 Push-ups

Not much going on today. I made one goal yesterday, log everything. That was it. I had brownies last night and they were yummy. Probably not the greatest day for it since yesterday was a day of rest. Today I'm back to exercising and my routine.

I watched Autism: The Musical yesterday. Absolutely wonderful documentary! It really makes you feel for the kids and families that live with autism. I laughed, cried, and felt the hearache of the parents as they think and worry about their childrens future as they get older. It's available on HBO, because it is an HBO documentary. If you get the chance, please take two hours out of your day to watch it!

Goals for Today:
1. Log Everyting
2. Stay w/in net
3. Exercise

:hi: Jenna! Yay for rest days (it looks like I may get two in a row!) -- I have to clean my house and then food shop so I'm not sure if I'm going to have the energy to go and work out...but I'd like to try. I keep reminding myself that this is why I joined a 24 hour gym. Hope you have a good day!

Your exercising and routine will knock out those brownies...they sound yummy...My sister has Autism, she is twenty four. She still lives with my mother and some days are very challenging but I love her dearly. My mom is thinking of maybe a group home atmosphere to give her more independence but I really do not think my mom could have her far away.
