I do believe I am going to eventually invest in another HRM. I had one, but it no longer works and it never did give me an accurate calorie burn. It was a Timex HRM that I bought from Wal-Mart. I think I'm going to try to get a Polar, but I'm going to have to wait until after the April birthdays in my house are done and over with (2 kids born in April). ...

Talking

Last night one guy from my hubby's class and another friend came over. We had wine and talked until 1 A.M! One didn't drink, so he drove home. The other guy crashed on our couch. Needless to say, we overslept this morning and will not be making it to church! I also went way over net last night. Today is a new day and it will be a better day. I've got to finish up an assignment and then I will hitting the treadmill this afternoon.

Better

Okay, yesterday was a much, much better day! I missed being w/in net by 69 cals., but that is much better than missing it by 200 cals. I logged everything, but I did not get my exercise in. I wanted to get my exercise in, but I needed to make revisions on a paper I submitted. Then I took my 3rd daughter to the sporting goods store to buy a ball and glove for softball. After that, I hit the commissary for groceries. So exercise...just didn't happen. I'm hoping to fit a run in today between...
