Weigh-In

Okay weigh was today. I was 156.6, down 1.4 from last weigh-in. It's a loss, but still a gain from where I was two weeks ago. I was supposed to go to a WW mtg this morning, but my oldest daughter went to a sleep over and there was no way I was dragging three kids with me. I'm going to try to go tomorrow morning. We'll see.

I seem to fall apart in the evenings. Even my husband has commented on how much I'm snacking. He tells me so I won't beat myself up the next day. Even so, I've go...

Motivation

I received some motivation yesterday from an unlikely source. A kind of compliment, out of the blue, relating to something three years ago. Anyways, it has helped to give me some motivation...which I've been lacking. I want to get back to my pre-quit smoking weight or at least close to it. I also want to look smoking hot for the Navy Ball, which I have coerced my husband into making a commitment to take me to (if he's not going through hell week). Awake

A.M.
Yesterday was a much better day. Not perfect, but better. I logged everything, got my laundry and homework in, and ran. So I pretty much hit those goals. Did pretty well calorie wise as well. Not much going on today, just doing homework and laundry...the story of my life!

Today

Okay, I hate to be cheesy but today is the day. I am going to stay on plan today. I am going to control the munchies. The lonliness up here is getting to me and I am succumbing to my sweet tooth like crazy.

Lunch for hubby and his classmates went well. They were very appreciative and I got to see my husband. Yipee. Not much to say today. I need a good today, so I have to make today that day.

Busy

Monday, March 17th 2008

A.M.
Well, it's a new day today. I'm making lunch for hubby and the guys at his school. Afterwards, I volunteer at the elementary school. I'm definitely going to need a nap today. I made the mistake of having coffee at around 8 P.M. last night and could not fall asleep. So I'm not sure if I'll be working out today or not. We'll see how I feel after a nap this afternoon.
