A.M.
Yesterday was a much, much better food day. I now have one good day to build upon. Everything was logged and I met all my goals except one. I did have some chocolate chips and milk for a snack at some point during the day. Hence, I didn't meet my healthy snacking goal.

It's a Monday

A.M.
So it's a Monday. The start of a new week. I'm going to have a talk with my program manager today about my progress with school. I am not going to stress out about this, but keep plugging along. I'm going to specifically ask about what happens to my financial aid if I don't finish one of my classes before the end of term. I'm trying to move through this information as quickly as possible, but I'm worried I'm not comprehending or may not retain the information as I should. I think ...

Well we didn't set the clocks back last night, my hubby said he would do it in the morning. I told him okay, but remember we have church. Yeah, we didn't make it to church this morning. Oh well. I did get a paper submitted this morning and am doing the reading so I can hopefully submit the next paper tonight. We'll see.

I don't even want to talk about food. I had munchies last night and didn't log it. I think I eat when I'm mad. I'm guessing that is emotional eating, but I have got ...

Morning

A.M.
We went to Chili's for dinner last night. It was nice to go to a restaraunt without the kids. However, after dinner all I wanted was to take a nap! So we came home and at 8 PM took a half-hour nap and then watched movies for the rest of the evening. Yeah, we are so exciting! I couldn't help it though, I got up early, ran, did school work, and everything else. I didn't have my afternoon coffee and by the time the evening rolled around, I was pooped! Weigh-In

Exercise:4 mile run in 40:58. 100 crunches and 25 push-ups.

Now I need to behave so I can enjoy dinner and a drink with the hubby this evening and not go over calories the day.

Well I lost .2 this week. Oh well. Yesterday was a crappy day. I wrote a five page essay yesterday and couldn't submit it. I somehow confused two tasks together and couldn't submit the paper because it didn't fully answer either of the tasks. I was so frustrated I just walked away from my home...
