Today was weigh-in. I am down 1.2 pounds for the week. Ill take it!
Today begins my self-challenge to calorie streak for 15 days. Ill be tracking this on my main Spark page. I really dont have very much going on right now. Just the usual homework, laundry, and driving kids around to all the places they need to go.
Exercise today is going to be Workouts for Women circuit #2, 2X with a 3.5 mile run (probably on treadmill if its raining).

Yippee, its Wednesday. Hump day. Day after tomorrow is Friday. Yesterday was a good day. I got some homework and laundry done, woohoo! Today is an early release for my little ones, so I need to go grocery shopping this morning. Not sure when I am going to fit a workout in, but I will. I think Ill end up running on the treadmill. Even though I have a teenage daughter, Im not confident running outside when the kids are home here. There just are not enough safe running areas.

Today is a day of rest from exercise. This is good, because my shins are a little sore right now. Nothing serious, but a rest day should take care of it. I was supposed to be taking all the girls to get their hair done and to get manicures at the cosmetology school today. I am going to be short one kid though. The softball coach called last night to let us know that the first practice will be today. I dont want her to miss her first practice. This requires me dropping her off at the sch...

Its raining outside today. I wish it was warm and sunshiny again. Oh well. The 2nd grade performance last night was so cute. They did several songs and the kids were all so confident. Exercise Today - It was beautify and I got to run outside finally. Let me say this...I hate big ass hills! Umm...I'll repeat that...I hate big ass hills. I know they are good for my butt, but they made me want to walk today. I didn't, but they did slow me down. I hooted, hollered, and self-talked myself up them. People are going to think I'm crazy with all the noise I made today! Anyways 3.5 hilly run in 35:47. I'll take it!
