Training Day #14

Ugh...I've been bad this week. Anyways I did get my run in today.
3.50 miles
41:00 (11:42/mile)
The hills, or lack of them, make a huge difference in my time. Darn it. I don't want to run with hill, but hey I currently live in Washington.

I think I'm going to sign up to do a 10 K next weekend. I'm about there mileage wise anyways, so I might as well do it. It'll be good for me.

Training Day #11

Today is a non-run day. I did Taebo Fat Burn Accelerator and my upper body is going to be sore tomorrow! It was a good workout.

Goals for today are to stay w/in net and get my exercise done. So...since the exercise is done, I only have to worry about the food for the rest of the day.

Self Sabotage? Hmmm, need to give up the candies. I don't know why I'm craving them so badly right now. Missing hubby? frustrated with kids? Not sure what my problem is, but I don't want to eat tho...

Training Day #10

So this weekend was a little wacked. I did get my 5.5 mile run in and cut some serious time out of my pace as well! It was nice to run in Orgeon, but I didn't like the drive to and from Oregon. The run was nice and relatively flat for the entire run...it was great. I didn't record my food today becaue of the drive. I'll be back to logging tomorrow. For now I'm not going to stress about.

Oh yeah...I had a 2.8 lb loss this week. Yipee!

Okay, it's been a good day so far. Even with snacking on a Quaker breakfast cookie. I had munchy issues earlier today. I didn't want to run today. It was chilly and windy. I can handle chilly, I can handle windy, but I intensely dislike the two together! So I wimped out on the outside running and did the treadmill today. I hate the treadmill and today just reminded me why. Nothing to look at. The good things was a flat surface to run on for a while, but still...nothing to look at. So m...

Training Day #6

My workout for today is done. I did DVD #1 of the new Taebo Amped workout. My arms and abs are going to hurt tomorrow. I must say that it is definitely an upper body and core workout if you do the moves right.

Goal for today is to stay w/in net cals.
