Okay, I discovered the E-Counselor and have a goal of 155 by 1/19. That takes me back to my original weigh in weight when I first started with Caloried King after I quit smoking. This also will get back into a downward motion with my weight.

Tonight I'm going to go out with a friend for dinner and bowling. So I'm going to make the best choices I can, but am not going to super pressure myself while I'm there. I've logge a food item which I believe will be similar to what I want to order ...

Basically, I'm starting over. I'm the highest weight I've been in three years. This really sucks, but complaining will do nothing about it. So, I need a reason.....yeah a reason. I want to look hot when the hubby gets back from deployment. He's actually talking about working out on his down time while he's on cruise. So I have a reaon....Now I need a game plan. I need to go back to watching what I eat, staying within net, and working out. I'm not going to get all gung-ho about this. I'm...

My workout is done. I did Workouts for Women circuit #4 X 3. I was going to do cardio for half an hour as well, but will do that tomorrow. There are a lot of things that need to get done now. So, off the shower and house work for me!

Okay, this morning I did Workouts for Women Circuit #3 X 3 and Cathe Basic Step Aerobics. This equates to a little over 1hr of working out this morning. Now I need to focus on staying within net calories for the rest of the day!
