I need some serious help. I've been lazy lately and it is no ones fault but my own. I did get a work out in tonight. I'm going to change my weigh in date for Fridays and start getting serious about this. I have some personal reasons for wanting to get strong again! If I have to defend myself, I want that person to feel it.

Okay, we're getting back to our routine again. At least the kids have school. Yippee! No work out this morning. The plan is do step aerobics this aftrnoon or evening. We'll see how the schedule plays out.

Yippee, I got some exercise in. I did three circuits for a total of 30 mins. I am so stoked. I haven't been consistent lately, so this helps.

Why do I make it? Why do I make it and keep it? Ugh. The only thing I can say is the fix has been taken care of. Next batches go to neighbors as Christmas gifts. I love doing this because it is a cost effective way to give a gift for Christmas. Otherwise, we wouldn't be able to give everyone something!
