Today's Check-in wasn't that bad. Seeing as how on Sunday I was 157.8!

I didn't sleep well again last night. I'm not feeling too bad right now, but I had issues getting out of bed this morning. I'm going to try to run again today. My legs are still sore, but definitely better than yesterday. I can't run tomorrow or Thursday...

Sore

Monday, November 6th 2006

Man I am sore this morning. Hoping that as I get moving around, I will loosen up so I can run this afternoon. My butt and thighs are sore, sore, sore. This is a good thing. I had a hard time sleeping last night. Makes it pointless to go to bed at a decent hour if I'm not going to fall asleep!

Today my focus is good food choices, at least running 1/2 hour on the treadmill, and getting school work done.

Time for Honesty

I have fallen off the wagon. It really hit home today. Not only am I heavier than I have been in a long time, since I quit smoking, but I'm also out of shape. I did Cathe Body Fusion today and thought i would die. My legs really felt it and that really brought this home. I am 33 and have no excuse to not exercise. I need to make the commitment to find the hour in my day that I need to run or do step aerobics/circuit training.

Good Day

So far, except for cutting my finger, it's been a good day. Italian Wedding soup kept somewhat under control, two bowls, and two plates of salad before that. All in all, could of been much worse.

Why do certain things irritate me? Even better...why do certain people? I think I just woke up grumpy this morning, but man did I have to hold my tongue today.

Food wise, I'm going to start tracking my good days vs. bad. Got to come up with some kind of system for this. Today has been good so far and I still have 2 snacks and dinner left to go. We'll see. Tomorrow I may even get to run. Hope so, not today though. It's been crazy.
