I don't think a workout will be happening today. I've got to take cupcakes to the kindergarten class this morning and then I'm on call for hubby. We'll see how it goes. I've also got to contact the HRO and find out about the accreditation requirement for the position I would love to have.

Today I begin the routine set up by freetrainers. We'll see how it goes. Hopefully this will only take an hour to complete with my cardio added to it. No volunteer activities and kids are staying home tonight...I can really focus on the house today and get things ready for hubby coming home soon.

Getting excited, will be seeing hubby sometime soon. Ladies night out lastinght was okay. First time I have eaten at Applebees since we moved here. Today, I'm watching Michelle's kids so she and her husband can go out for an Anniversary lunch. I am ging to attempt step aerobics this evening. This medication is really, really working.

Today is my Dr apt. for my foot. Send good vibes my way, hopefully they will find what is wrong with it. Also, BBQ for dinner tonight. Yeah for me.

Bummer news from the doctor. I strained something in my foot and can't run for a couple of weeks. That means the half-marathon on Mother's Day is off! Bummer, bummer, bummer!

Today is my volunteer day at school. Then dinner at a friends house. I'm bringing chili and cornbread. She's going to let go through some of her clothes that no longer fit her. Lucky for me! I was going to go to the gym today, but I don't know if I'll be able to make it. We'll have to see. I may just end up doing a taebo workout tonight. Again!
