Yesterday was crazy. I filled out my application for the school district and completed my resume. Took forever and there wasn't much on it. Not too concerned. It's only for a substitute position. This is something I can begin to develop now.

My gross calories my seem a little high, but I'm figured with a 10 mile run, I'm probably going to burn around 800-1,000 calories. So 2,000 gro...

Okay chocolate is a trigger food and what I emotionally reach for when having issues. Hubby and I have been bickering and I haven't been sleeping well and eating a lot of chocolate. Need to conquer this. My friend from El Centro says I probably don't need to lose any more weight. She can't see me though and doesn't realize how much I gained when I quit smoking....

Didn't sleep much last night. Fell asleep sometimes after 2A.M. Stupid coffee. I had it at 5 P.M. though, it should not of bothered my sleep that significantly. However, I don't usually have caffeine in the evening anymore so I must of shocked the crap out of my body last night. Now I'm really tired.:(

Run completed. 4.2 miles in 40:03 (9:32/mile)
