Last night one guy from my hubby's class and another friend came over. We had wine and talked until 1 A.M! One didn't drink, so he drove home. The other guy crashed on our couch. Needless to say, we overslept this morning and will not be making it to church! I also went way over net last night. Today is a new day and it will be a better day. I've got to finish up an assignment and then I will hitting the treadmill this afternoon.Saturday, March 22nd 2008
Okay, yesterday was a much, much better day! I missed being w/in net by 69 cals., but that is much better than missing it by 200 cals. I logged everything, but I did not get my exercise in. I wanted to get my exercise in, but I needed to make revisions on a paper I submitted. Then I took my 3rd daughter to the sporting goods store to buy a ball and glove for softball. After that, I hit the commissary for groceries. So exercise...just didn't happen. I'm hoping to fit a run in today between...Friday, March 21st 2008
Okay weigh was today. I was 156.6, down 1.4 from last weigh-in. It's a loss, but still a gain from where I was two weeks ago. I was supposed to go to a WW mtg this morning, but my oldest daughter went to a sleep over and there was no way I was dragging three kids with me. I'm going to try to go tomorrow morning. I received some motivation yesterday from an unlikely source. A kind of compliment, out of the blue, relating to something three years ago. Anyways, it has helped to give me some motivation...which I've been lacking. I want to get back to my pre-quit smoking weight or at least close to it. I also want to look smoking hot for the Navy Ball, which I have coerced my husband into making a commitment to take me to (if he's not going through hell week).
