A.M.
I am incredibly tired this morning. I didn't really sleep lastnight. I was emotional and just wanted a good cry, but didn't feel I could get one w/o freaking my hubby out. Especially since crying usually isn't my thing. TOM needs to come and go already. I want to enjoy my evening with hubby tonight. Plan is to get my run in while the kids and hubby are at work/school. Then it will be work on house and maybe a nap this afternoon.

I'm going to try to get a work out in at the hospital gym today. I'm hoping to walk the TM and then spend some time on the ECT. Low impact for my knees. I'm tempted to do step aerobics, but that's pretty rough on my knees too. I also have to make appropriate plans to do my running the morning. With hubby gone, I won't have weekends for my long runs, so I am going to have to adjust my schedule.

Well I did a 7.5 mile run/walk today. I never thought I would be able to do that distance! I feel really good about this, but my only concern is my knees. They have been feeling a little tight lately. I think I'll need to do some more non/low impact cross training. Ugh, I wish I had taken this up when I was younger. While 32 isn't old, it's no spring chicken anymore either.

Today is Friday! I don't want to weigh in. I've had a lot of sodium and know what that means to me....water weight. What a wierd place to be, dehydrated and rataining water? Can that happen.Hmmm tooo much to drink with salt and then added sodium.

Anyways, still trying to figure out how I'm going to get my workout in today. Guess I'll send the kids upstairs so I can do step aerobics today. Schedule is not going to be conducive to running.

A.M.
Today is going to be a little crazy! Michelle's kids are coming over this morning, Storm's friend is coming over this afternoon, and I will run this evening. Last night was a food disaster! I had Pizza and Margarita's. Still need to log the food, plus I didn't get a workout in! Bummer. Turns out yesterday was a 2,000 calorie day. I haven't had one of those in a really long time.
