A.M.Step aerobics today at some point, just not sure when. Volunteer day and then FSG meeting after that. Need to get some serious housework done and I've got the beginning of a head cold. Will definitely need Nyquil tonight so i can get a good nights sleep. Off to the showers. Oh yeah, 143.8 on the scale day. Still under 144.

A.M.So I stepped on the scale this morning and it read 142.4. It went down, yippeee! Today is chaperone for field trip day and then get familiar with hubby again day. It's going to be a long day. Throat is a little sore and nose a little stopped up. Head cold coming? I hope not, tomorrow is volunteer day and Chad has duty so I can't run today or tomorrow but Friday and Saturday are run days. Have to pack a lunch today. My fat for today looks a little high, but I shouldn't get hungry...

A.M.Today is elliptical and stat bike. I'm not running. Shins are feeling it today and I don't want them to get worse. Got a decent nights sleep. Woke up once in the night and had two kids that snuck into my bed last night. Miss hubby. After my workout I'm going to focus on getting the house ready for him to come home. Today's objective is operation ready.
Man i am fighting a muncy attack right now. I already over ate chips, which I logged, but I still want to munch on someting...

A.M.Of course the one non-rainy day this week and I have a frakin' doctor appointment. I don't even get to run in it. Maybe if I get back in time I can hit the road for a little bit. Getting my knees checked out and then FSG this afternoon. Need to find some runners in this area. Don't know if joining the Y is realistic for us.

A.M.It doesn't look as if we are going to make it to church today. Summer is very stuffed up. I'm going to let her sleep today and give her some medicine when she wakes up. I think we all need a little r&r. I don't like skipping church though. I know I need to be fed and we are covering Revelation. I'll have to read the chapter today so I stary current with where we're at.
