Well Chad made an awesome breakfast for all of us this morning. I love him so much. He had to go back to work for a while today. Hopefully it won't be too long that he'll have to be there. Got my work out in today I did a Cathe sculpt dve and the low impact step dvd. It turned out to be a pretty good workout. I also hit the 10,000 mark today for my crunches. Yippee for me. Hubby just called and he's not going to be back until this evening. Bummer.

A.M.
Unless a child declares themselves sick in the next hour, it looks like I will be making it to the gym! My goal is to run 2.5 miles today. We'll see how long it takes and how fast I go. I got close to 8 hrs of sleep lastnight and I'm feeling really good this morning. It's Friday and I am so stoked right now. I have house cleaning plans this weekend and found something free my husband may be able to take the kids to tomorrow.

A.M.
Well yesterday I did two back to back Cathe step workouts. I was tired and we went to bed early lastnight. This morning I actually did my workout already. I only did a half hour step workout, but my body probably needed a light workout today. I have a lot of running around to do and swim lessons today. Long, long day. A.M.
Didn't get my workout in this morning. What is it about my alarm clock going off before 5A.M. that my body doesn't like. If the alarm goes off at 5 or a little after 5 I can get up with no problem. The only thing is if I want to exercise, I need to get moving at 5 and not after. Sucks. Anyways getting ready to go for coffee for the ships family support group.. should be fun and gets me out of the houe for a little bit. Will do my workout this afternoon after the kids come home....

A.M.
Today I'm going to go run the treadmill. I plan to do a half hour at 5.5. Then I will do another 15 minutes on a different elliptical machine. I need to get a little more consistent with making it to the gym. The only bummer is I can't get up early to do it because of the kids. So I'll try to do one or two week days with a weekend day somewhere. That makes 2-3 times/week. The rest will have to be step aerobics, aerotone, or Taebo. Breakfast was good this morning, I love oranges ...
