No e-mail yet from Chad this morning, bummer. I could not drag myself out of bed this morning. I didn't get up till 6 and that is late for me. That means my workout will have to be during my alone time, instead of cleaning. That's okay. I still have tomorrow to try to get the house ready. Things that must get done today:
1. Bathrooms
2. Summer's uniform
3. My bed

Well we made it to church this morning. This was a huge accomplishment because we haven't been going lately. It really hit me last Sunday...if I can get up and get eveyone ready for a swim meet and be there before 8AM, then I can get this family up and to church by 10AM. Church is so much more important to begin with! I am so glad in my heart that I went. It has lifted a huge burden that has been sitting on me. Well I'm off to go make dinner.

Okay work out is done, breakfast has been served and now we need to start getting ready for the birthday party. My tummy is still crampy, but I have been passing some gas. Hopefully these are just rocking gas pains and will pass soon. I'm kind of tired of my tummy hurting! Well off to get everyone ready to go.

Okay, today I'm going to venture to the gym. I found a list of runs for this area and there are several 5ks so I need to begin training for them. This should be interesting. My goal today is to spend 20 minutes on the treadmill, 20 on the ET, 20 on ET2. This will burn a lot of calories, but will also allow me to build my endurance and really focus on my legs aerobically today. Then it will be house cleaning. I'm not sure if Im going to my parents tonight or not. I really need to ...

Today I take Summer out for breakfast. I've already chosen what I'll eat. I'm going to get the Fit Fare Veggie Omelette with english muffin. It is one of the lower calorie items on the menu. Then we pick up Autumn and go get Summer's pictures taken. We should be home in time to get everyone else from school. Then I'll get to do my workout and do some house work. Then it's off to swim lessons. Left over pizza for dinner!
