Well today wasn't a great food day. It could of been worse. Still, toady was so darn busy that I didn't get my workout done and then had a couple of treats. Bad, bad, me! But alas, life goes on and tomorrow should be my cardio day at the gym!
Well this week has gone well. I survived eating at my parents house and have done pretty well at keeping w/in my calorie allowance. I am frustrated though because I'm craving chocolate like crazy due to TOM coming very soon. I'm also gaining a little which is normal during the phase of my cycle. The thing that is getting to me is the need and I mean need for chocolate. Today I have yet to succumb. Hopefully I'll get through tomorrow as well!
Wow, crappy eating day. I had a left over brownie from my daughter's class and then had licorice on top of that. My period must be coming soon, because I"m starting to crave chocolate like crazy. Need to workout tonight, hopefully before the hubby gets home.
Well the weekend has been survived. Didn't do too bad, but not great either. Saturday I had half a bag of Frito Honey BBQ chips by myself and finished it off lastnight with my hubby. Also had a couple of beers (Blue Moon and Heineken) with hubby this weekend too. Did good in the exercised department and took Sunday off. This week will be a challenge though. My husband is going to be gone more than home and I have the girls solo. I bought some South Beach Diet lunches and Smart Ones dinner...

The past three days have gone well. I've gotten my exercise in and stayed within my net calories. I need to go grocery shopping though. That will have to be tomorrow. It looks like I've lost about two pounds, but I'm not logging my weight until next Weds. that way I'll stay motivated not to have cheat days and keep my weight down until the next weigh in.
