Ingredients
- 1 medium banana, frozen
- 1 cup raspberry low-fat yogurt (no or low added sugar)
- 2/3 cup cranberry juice, reduced sugar
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
Directions:
In a blender, blend all ingredients until well combined. Serve.
Tips:
For the freshest results, try pre-freezing fresh berries.
