  • 2 oz extra lean bacon, grilled (such as Jennie-O)
  • 1 Tbsp fat-free mayonnaise
  • 2 thin slices mixed grain bread (about 1 oz)
  • 1 lettuce leaf
  • 3 slices tomato (about 2 oz)


Pre-cook bacon, drain fat and set aside.

Lightly spread bread with mayonnaise. Layer lettuce, bacon and tomato on one slice of bread; top with remaining bread. Serve.


Can pre-toast bread, if desired.
