A sweet curry enhanced with apple and chutney.

Yield: 4 x approx. 1 cup servings
Remove all visible fat from pork and cut meat into 1-inch cubes.
In non-stick saucepan, add meat, onion, carrot, celery, apple, and curry powder, and cook until well browned.
Combine flour, chicken stock, salt, and black pepper, and add to meat mixture. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer gently for 1-1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
Just before serving, add chutney and juice cordial.
Serve with steamed rice.
