Spaghetti with a delicious vegetarian tomato and protein sauce.

Yield: 4 x approx. 1-1/3 cup servings
Prepare Vegetarian Italian Sauce recipe as directed (see recipe link).
Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil and add spaghetti. Cook until al dente, or for 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Allow 2/3 cup of sauce and 2/3 cup of cooked spaghetti per serving.
Prepare the Vegetarian Italian Sauce in the microwave as directed (see recipe link).
For the spaghetti noodles, cook stove top: Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil and add spaghetti. Cook until al dente, or for 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Allow 2/3 cup of sauce and 2/3 cup of cooked spaghetti per serving.
Substitute any desired fresh or dried pasta. Can top with Parmesan cheese.
Although the Vegetarian Italian Sauce is included in the nutritional analysis, pasta variations and Parmesan cheese are not; resulting pasta is not dairy-free, if dairy-free is required.
