I went back to eating whatever - REALLY whatever - but I took on a huge project in my yard.
Hauling rock, dirt, planting - moving, lifting, staying BUSY - I lost weight.

I know I need to go back to WORKING on it, but hey - the scale dipped under 170 today and I feel terrific.

I'm also down a size - I keep trying to wear my 16 jeans and they fall off. I am NOT going to buy more atm. I am going to use what 14's I still have and put on a belt. I need to KNOW I am going to hold my size before further shopping. Plus the goal is not to be a 14 - it's to be healthy and I don't know where this will end up. So if the 14s start to slip off, then I'll pick up some new jeans.
