Whew, that was hard. After going on vacation for almost two weeks, it was really hard getting my motivation back on track. But I stuck to it, and this week I lost my one pound. I am down 9 lbs and only 28 lbs to go. I know I can do this and I am so excited. My clothes fit better, my love life is better, and I know it will only improve the better I do. The great thing is, I am doing the healthy way. Eating right, exercising, and just watching my portions. I tell everyone about my success. I want ...

UP ONE THIS WEEK

I did not weigh in for two weeks due to the fact I was on vacation. I ate a lot of my favorite not so low calorie foods while on vacation with the family. I did not drink as much water as usual and I think this is why I gained a pound. Now that I am home my motivation seems low, but I think once I get back into my routine I will start losing again. You have to really have a strong mindset and high motivation to be successful is my opinion. I want to reach my weight goal, so I have to dig deeper ...

TWO DOWN THIS WEEK!

I cannot believe it. I lost two pounds this week. I got a lot of exercise in this week. I worked 5, 12 hour days at work and that is my exercise. I drank 20 extra ozs of water a day, which I think helped. I am just so excited. I only have 29 more pounds to go. But since I have already lost 8 pounds in the past five weeks, it seems realistic now. I hope my motivation stays this high. I am leaving for vacation today and will not be back until June 1st. IT GETS HARDER AND HARDER

I lost one more pound this week, but it was down to the last night again. I did not watch my calories this week like I should have or I think I would have lost one more pound. But losing that one pound keeps my spirits up. I work 12 hour shifts. So working today, Saturday and Sunday, should help a lot. Over the next 36 hours I will be doing a lot of walking, squating, and lifting. That is one good thing about my job. I meet my exercise target just by going to work. ANOTHER POUND GONE

This week was hard for me. I really wanted to lose that one pound, but was down to the last night before weigh in and nervous. I have been eating more fresh fruit for snacks and less fattening foods. Last night my children had tater tots and breaded fish filets. I chose to eat one piece of a soft tortilla with a dab of ranch dressing, a piece of cheese and a piece of ham, only a 140 calories, and a small candy bar ice cream snack 80 calories.
