ANOTHER POUND GONE

This week was hard for me. I really wanted to lose that one pound, but was down to the last night before weigh in and nervous. I have been eating more fresh fruit for snacks and less fattening foods. Last night my children had tater tots and breaded fish filets. I chose to eat one piece of a soft tortilla with a dab of ranch dressing, a piece of cheese and a piece of ham, only a 140 calories, and a small candy bar ice cream snack 80 calories. ONE DOWN A LOT MORE TO GO

Food: 1780 cals, Exercise: 120 mins, Steps: 500
Well, it's Friday! I lost one pound this week. I feel kind of disappointed, but then again the goal is only to lose 1-2 pounds a week, so I am on the right track. My clothes feel looser, and that is great. Since I lost three pounds last week, my calorie intake dropped from the 1700's to the 1600's, I wonder what one pound will drop it too.

On the local news channel this morning, they discussed how fad diets are unhealthy and usually fail, and how nutritionist recommend watching your calorie ...

I LOOK AND FEEL LIKE A BLOG!

I started with Calorie King a little over a week ago. I lost three pounds in my first week, just by following suggestions like cutting out soda all together. I am excited to find out that the more you exercise the more calories you can and should consume so not to confuse your body's system. I never knew this and always starved myself on diets that did not last but a day or two. I have not been through everything on this website yet, but what I have went through has been great!
